This guide will help you capture staff time and expenses and prepare reports and invoices. It will also help you maintain tables of projects, staff, contacts, etc.

The Getting Started topics will help you open a demostration database and explain the program interface and terminology.

In this guide a ribbon menu or menu button is referenced as menu or menu > menu button, eg Home or Home > Add Time.

If a menu button appears on more than one menu it is referenced as menu1 | menu2 > menu button.

A tab in a menu window is referenced as menu > [tab], eg Home > [Timesheet].
