Server Security

OnTrack data is optionally hosted on cloud servers with fail-over protection and high availability.

Company database

Every company's data is stored in a separate database, ensuring privacy.

Backup

In addition to the backup provided by multiple redundant servers, company data is also backed-up off-site on a daily basis. In the unlikely event of a cloud service failure the off-site backup can be used to recovery data.

Network traffic

All browser communication with the company's database is protected by SSL and user authentication.
